Winter decor can be a bit tricky, do you keep up the Christmas wreath for winter? Or maybe find something cuter? Cue this tutorial- How to Make a Pom Pom Wreath.
- I found this a yarn similar to this at Walmart
- I found this yarn at Hobby Lobby when I ran out of the first package of yarn
- You’ll also need a wreath form, I grabbed this inexpensive grapevine wreath from Walmart.
- Sharp scissors
- Hot glue gun and glue
No Fancy Equipment Needed!
No really, just start wrapping yarn around your fingers to begin. I wrapped 20-22 timers around for each Pom Pom. Second, cut a short piece of yarn (10 inches or so). Then you’ll tie the second, short string around the entire roll of yarn, you just did. Tie the short piece tight as seen in the fourth photo. Next, use your scissors to cut though all the loops. What you’ll be left with is a sort of Pom pom that will need some shaping and trimming.
